Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ANDEALPA purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact and in their original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All returns and exchanges must be requested through our return form within 14 days of delivery. Please indicate whether you are requesting a return or an exchange and include your order number. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days of receiving your submission.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please indicate this in your return form. Subject to availability, we will dispatch your replacement once the original item has been received and inspected.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@andealpa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
