You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in their original condition: unworn, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

All returns and exchanges must be requested through our return form within 14 days of delivery. Please fill out the form and specify whether you are returning an item or requesting an exchange. We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item once it has been approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive and verify the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, once the return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the desired size, color, or product. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please fill out the return form with your order details. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
