Shipping Policy

All ANDEALPA orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain and shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

Processing & Dispatch

In-stock items are dispatched within 5 to 8 business days of your order being placed. Made-to-order items are produced after purchase and typically ship within 15 to 20 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number once your order has been collected.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, we will ship everything together unless you request otherwise.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping on qualifying orders, depending on your location:

  • Europe (including Spain) — €15 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over €250.
  • United Kingdom — £17 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over £215.
  • Switzerland — CHF 15 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over CHF 235.
  • United States — $27 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $270.
  • Canada — CAD $34 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over CAD $340.
  • All other destinations — €45 flat rate.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Prices displayed on andealpa.com include Spanish VAT where applicable. For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT may be applied upon delivery by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

UK customers please note: all orders are subject to UK import duty and VAT upon delivery as a result of the UK's departure from the European Union. These charges are applied by HMRC and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking current UK import duty rates before placing your order.

We are unable to ship to destinations subject to government trade restrictions or international sanctions.

Tracking

All orders include full DHL Express tracking. Your tracking link will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your shipment directly at dhl.com using your tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@andealpa.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and photographs of any damage where applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.
